✨Recipe:
Round loaf of sourdough bread
6 oz gruyere
6 oz fontina
6 oz smoked gouda
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 clove minced garlic
1 cup sauvignon blanc (or milk if not comfortable using wine)

Directions:
1. Cut the top off your bread loaf and scoop out the center. Set extra bread aside, and butter the bread bowl.
2. In a medium bowl, grate the cheeses and toss with cornstarch. In a medium pan on medium heat, melt your cheese until smooth.
3. Pour cheese into the bread bowl and broil at 500°F for about 5 minutes until a nice crust forms.
4. Use extra bread to dip into the cheese, then the bread bowl itself, and enjoy! 😊
