Russia has pulled its forces back from the front lines in northern Syria following the downfall of Bashar al Assad’s regime, but says it’s not leaving its two main military bases.

Sky’s chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay was at the Hmeimim air base in Syria’s coastal Latakia province where he’s seen evidence of Russian troops pulling back their military hardware.
