Tomato

Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Combine in a bowl with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper and set aside.
2. Cube an avocado, and mash with green onion, and lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Sauté diced onions, corn, chicken breast, and taco sauce in medium pan. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin and mix well.
4. On a tortilla, spread refried beans and cheese, add filling, and roll up tight.
5. In a pan of oil 1 ½ inches deep, fry the chimichangas at 325°F.
6. Garnish with sour cream, prepared salsa, and gauc. Serve immediately and enjoy!! 😊
