Making McNuggets at home BETTER than McDonald’s?
✨ Recipe:
1 lb Ground Chicken
½ cup Flour
½ cup Corn Starch
½ tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
Directions:
1. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and shape your meat into whatever McNugget shapes you prefer, about 1/2 inch thick. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat oil to 350°F.
4. Coat the meat shapes with flour, then dip into the spice mixture. Cook nuggets 3 at a time for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Serve with favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!! 😊
