Katarina and Gillian prepare for a jolly good teatime with some scrumptious scones. Post pictures of your creation using #LalaloopsyKitchen.
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup biscuit mix
– strawberry jam
– 1/2 tsp butter
– 1 tsp water
– 3/4 tsp sugar
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tsp milk
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat the Lalaloopsy Baking Oven for 20 minutes.
2. Mix together biscuit mix, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
3. Stir in milk until dough forms.
4. Drop 1/2 teaspoonful balls onto a greased baking pan.You can fit 3 in one pan.
5. Press your thumb into the center of the dough balls and fill the indent with jam.
6. Bake in the Lalaloopsy Baking Oven for 10 minutes, or under the edges are golden brown.
7. While the scones are baking, combine water, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until white and smooth.
8. Once the scones are done, drizzle the icing on top while they’re still warm.
9. Enjoy!
