This NEW YORK HOT CHOCOLATE almost burned down my house!
✨Recipe:
Marshmallow Fluff
For the whipped cream:
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Icing Sugar
For Hot Chocolate:
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Whole Milk
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated sugar
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla, and icing sugar, then mix with a hand mixer until whipped to your preference.
2. In a small or medium pan, combine evaporated milk, whole milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, then heat until it reaches a simmer (or your preferred heat).
3. Add marshmallow fluff to a piping bag, and pipe around the rim of a mug. Using a crème brûlée torch toast the marshmallow rim.
4. Fill the mug with hot chocolate, and top with a scoop of whipped cream.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy 😉
