Some of the things we use every day were created by accident! From microwaves to ice-cream cones – we can’t imagine our lives without these items now. But their invention happens to be a matter of mistake. There’s always a thin line between a brilliant innovation and a complete failure. But isn’t it cool to know that sometimes mistakes and failures can lead to something great for many people?
